We Are Blackwatch
Projects
Close to three decades of construction experience, built on quality, trusted relationships and a proven record of delivery across South East Queensland.
26 Years Strong
Blackwatch Projects is one of Brisbane's leading privately owned construction companies, delivering quality commercial and residential projects across South East Queensland.
Our success has been built on a commitment to exceptional workmanship, customer satisfaction and timely construction to the highest standard, with every project backed by a large network of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
Working alongside Silverstone Developments, we deliberately limit the number of projects we accept each year. It's how we maintain our standards of quality, service and delivery, and why the majority of our work is repeat business from a select client base.
QBCC — Licensed Builder
Blackwatch Projects Pty Ltd holds current Queensland Building and Construction Commission licensing (Licence No. 730410), covering our commercial and residential construction work. Suppliers, subcontractors and partners can request our current licensing, insurance and safety documentation directly through our office.

Blackwatch Projects operates a certified environmental management system aligned to ISO 14001, reflecting the way we plan, monitor and manage the environmental impact of our work across every site.

Our real track record sits on our Projects page, close to three decades of completed work across South East Queensland, and a growing pipeline of city-shaping projects with Silverstone Developments.
